Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse may not qualify for refunds. MELANVION reserves the right to inspect all returned merchandise before approval.

Once your return is approved and received, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
